How to place and pay for your order.
How to order?
Go to our shop. Pick the item you’d like to purchase. The item will appear in your basket. You can find the current status of your basket on the top of the page as well on the side bar.
Once you click on the ‘x’ you will eliminate the item from your cart!
Coupon code? We have some coupon codes for our customers. Please email us, if you’d like to get a coupon code for your first order, second order etc. Those get up to 15%! You can email us here.
How to pay for your order?
We offer several payment options. One of the most common and used is PayPal. This payment method will allow you to pay through several options. You can Check Out directly by following the payment instructions once you’ve checked out your cart.
We accept most Credit Cards and debit cards as well as bank transfer when you’re able to wire money to an international bank account. This is also an option during checkout, so you won’t have to wire the money manually.

Confirmation of your order
Once you’ve paid for your order, you’ll get a confirmation of your order. This will not necessarily mean that your payment was processed! Once your payment has cleared we will ship your item promptly within 1-2 business days at most. We have all the items listed in stock available and ready for direct shipment.
Tracking your order
We ship internationally and globally with the most suited carrier. You will be provided with a tracking number. During check out you get several shipping options. For international orders outside Europe, we recommend tracking and trace and signed for delivery.
Customs and fees
Custom fee and additional taxes are not included in the price. The customer is at all times responsible for these fees and additional charges. We will however do our utmost best to provide you with a positive shopping experience.
Shipping and handling
Please make sure if you are paying for your order through PayPal that the shipping address matches the address stated in PayPal. You can change this yourself. We are shipping to the address known by PayPal.
Returns and cancellations
Please cancel your order within 48 hours after placing your order. Your order is placed when we have sent you a confirmation email regarding your order and purchase.
If your item is still in your cart, you won’t have much trouble, as you can empty your cart. Once you’ve paid for your order we will start processing your order promptly and prepare for shipping. Please notify us within the stated 48 hours.
If you’d like to return your item, please do so within 14 business days. We’d appreciate it if you inform us by email beforehand you’d like to return your item. We are trying to establish a hassle free return policy. Do note that return shipping cost will be costs for the buyer and we won’t be refunding any of those.
Once we’ve received your item and accepted this for return we will refund you promptly. We will contact you for the details.
